Notice: We are presently collaborating with the vendor to fix the keypad at the main entrance. The vendor is in the process of troubleshooting and has ordered parts to determine if they will resolve the issue. Currently, the keypad is operational; however, the background light is quite dim. We will keep the gates open during the day to help mitigate the issues. The gates will close at approximately 8 PM until the problem is resolved.

Hi everyone! Just a quick reminder to please break down (tear down) all cardboard boxes before disposing of them.

📦 Cardboard belongs in the RECYCLE containers, not in the trash bins. Breaking boxes down helps keep our dumpsters usable for everyone and keeps our community clean and organized.

🚫 Please note: placing cardboard in the trash bins is a violation, and fees may apply if caught.

For Monday, January 26, 2026 the national weather services issued an extreme cold warning and freeze warning for South Texas. Due to dangerously low temperatures, windshield conditions and for the safety of our staff we are adjusting our work schedule.

Office hours for Activities and Main office will be delayed until 10 AM.

Trash pick up will be delayed to start at 9 AM.

Residents safety alert: residents are encouraged to monitor the weather, protective the four “P’s” people pets plants and pipes . The extreme cold warning is in effect from 3 AM to 8 AM on Monday while the freeze warning remains in effect until 10 AM central time.
