The poor recently experienced a temporary decrease in water clarity. However, the pool bottom remained visible and chemical level are within an acceptable ranges. Additional balancing and treatment were completed after pool hours to minimize disruption to residence.

The pool is currently balanced and continues to be closely monitored. Please keep in mind that the pool chemicals require time to fully circulate and restore optimal, water clarity.

As a heavily used commercial pool clarity can be affected by lotions oils and other contaminants introduced by swimmers, as well as environmental conditions. We ask all residents to help by rinsing off before entering the pool and allowing staff time needed to perform necessary maintenance.

Due to emergency water break all water is currently being shut off. Schedule water shut off at 9 am is canceled all repairs will be done during this shut off. Estimated repair should be until 10:30 am.

For the health, safety, and comfort of all residents and guests, we ask that adult diapers not be disposed of in the common-area restrooms throughout the resort.

Improper disposal of adult diapers can create significant sanitation concerns, including unpleasant odors, the spread of bacteria, and unsanitary conditions for those using the facilities. These items can also cause maintenance issues and place additional strain on our housekeeping staff.

Please place adult diapers in a sealed bag and dispose of them in the appropriate trash receptacle at your home site whenever possible.
