So far, we have added 12 new bar stools, with a few more still to be completed. We have also installed two new bulletin boards for up to date billiards information. Scheduled for next week four of the tables will be recovered as well.

The plan is to keep updating all of the billiards table covers and replacing the built-in table. We’re excited about these improvements and the fresh new look they will bring to the space.

Palm tree trimming is still underway throughout the resort. We are working with a new vendor, and they are continuing to learn the Encore properties and processes for the resorts. Recently, their crew was temporarily reassigned to complete work in different pool areas at other resorts, which caused some delays.

They are expected to be back on schedule starting Monday. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as we know this project has taken longer than originally anticipated. Thank you for your consideration while this important work is completed.

We are aware of the mess and debris that have resulted from the recent palm tree trimming throughout the resort. We understand your concerns and are actively working with our new palm tree trimming contractor to address these issues and improve the cleanup process.

Our annual palm tree trimming project begins today, Monday, July 6, throughout the resort.

The project typically takes approximately 3 weeks to complete, weather permitting.

For everyone’s safety, please use extra caution when walking or driving through the resort while crews are working. We also ask that you:

• Secure any lawn ornaments or loose outdoor items.
• Close any open awnings to help prevent possible damage to your property.

As we continue to do upgrades to the resort the pathway lights in front of the ballroom and around the pickleball areas are being replaced. As of today they have replaced several around the ballroom entrance. This project will continue through the next few days.

Please be vigilant the next few nights as some of these areas may be dark until they are fully replaced.

Exciting news !! We will be installing a mini split tomorrow Friday June 19th.

In preparation for the work we will be closing the laundry today Thursday June 18th at 3pm.

As a reminder the trash and brush pick-up takes place every Monday between 7:00 AM and
10:00 AM. This includes regular household garbage as well as yard brush.
For residents who maintain their own yards, please ensure that all clippings and brush are properly placed out for pickup within this timeframe.

Contractor Guidelines:

• Lawn care or landscaping contractors are responsible for removing all clippings, brush, and debris generated from their work.
• Contractors are NOT permitted to use the resort’s trash containers, as their services should include hauling away their own waste.

We are pleased to inform you that the HVAC system has been recently replaced and is now fully operational. The system has been set to maintain a consistent temperature of 74°F, as recommended by the installation professionals to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and comfort throughout the community.

At this time, we kindly ask all residents not to adjust the thermostats. The system is centrally managed, and changes to individual settings may disrupt the balance and efficiency of the entire system.

Due to severe weather conditions and the forecast of continued rainfall over the next several days, the Neighborhood Watch Meeting originally scheduled for June 15 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, July 7 at 10:00 AM in the Ballroom.
