After counting all submissions, the great majority of residents voted NO to installing speed bumps.

You may have noticed that our internet service has been intermittent lately. Spectrum is currently on-site working on upgrades to our internet and cable infrastructure to improve service reliability.

Please be advised that the North Spa (Jacuzzi) will be closed all day this Thursday for cleaning and maintenance.

Please approach main entrance gates with caution. Staff is painting and power washing in this area. Contractors are still working in entrance gates and should be completed with install by the end of the week.

Power to the gates has been restored and they are now operational. Contractors will begin replacing the gates tomorrow. Please use caution in the area and be mindful of contractors working on-site, as gates may be left open during the replacement process.

Please be advised that a section of the resort is currently without power, which unfortunately includes the main entrance gates. We are actively working with the city to resolve the issue; however, repairs are not expected to be completed until after the weekend.

To maintain the safety and security of the resort during this time, we will have overnight gate attendants on-site. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to restore full functionality.
