With heavy -duty locking wheels and better weight distribution the utility cart should be easier to control on the ramp.

Walkway around the pool, ballroom and main activity entrance have been redone. Please do not walk in these areas as they need to cure until Tuesday.

New LED Lighting Installation

We’re excited to share that we are currently upgrading the communities exterior lighting to enhance both the appearance and visibility throughout the property. Our team is in the process of replacing the existing lantern style light fixtures with new modern lbsquare LED fixtures. These lights provide improved lighting while offering a fresh contemporary look that complements our community. Installation has begun along the pathway around the post office and pool entrance over the next couple of weeks work will continue as we move toward the ballroom area and around the entrance of the Activity Building.

Emergency water leak repair. Water will be shut off in the RV section from lots 2201 to 2446 this will be effected for approximately 2 hrs.

Palm tree trimming is still on going in the resort. Currently they are working in a square, the area from Sheffield to Margaret and from London to Snowden. Please use caution when reveling in these areas as winds can blow palms and prongs in different directions.

So far, we have added 12 new bar stools, with a few more still to be completed. We have also installed two new bulletin boards for up to date billiards information. Scheduled for next week four of the tables will be recovered as well.

The plan is to keep updating all of the billiards table covers and replacing the built-in table. We’re excited about these improvements and the fresh new look they will bring to the space.

Palm tree trimming is still underway throughout the resort. We are working with a new vendor, and they are continuing to learn the Encore properties and processes for the resorts. Recently, their crew was temporarily reassigned to complete work in different pool areas at other resorts, which caused some delays.

They are expected to be back on schedule starting Monday. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as we know this project has taken longer than originally anticipated. Thank you for your consideration while this important work is completed.

Lights around the pickleball area all installed. Including the pathway from the activity center.

A fresh coat of paint and rearranging of furniture. We still have a few more upgrades in preparation for the winter season.

Please be advised that the resort exit gates are currently stuck in the open position due to a mechanical issue

Our contractors have been notified and will be working on the necessary repairs unfortunately, the repair process may take a few days before the gates are fully operational again

To help ensure the safety and security of our community during this time, the Donna police department has been notified and will provided additional patrols in our area until the repairs are complete

We are aware of the mess and debris that have resulted from the recent palm tree trimming throughout the resort. We understand your concerns and are actively working with our new palm tree trimming contractor to address these issues and improve the cleanup process.

We appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution and expect to have this matter corrected as quickly as possible.

If you experience any damage to your property that may be caused during the trimming process, please report it to the Front Office as soon as possible. To help us investigate and resolve any claims, we kindly ask that you include photographs of the damage whenever possible.

Our annual palm tree trimming project begins today, Monday, July 6, throughout the resort.

The project typically takes approximately 3 weeks to complete, weather permitting.

For everyone’s safety, please use extra caution when walking or driving through the resort while crews are working. We also ask that you:

• Secure any lawn ornaments or loose outdoor items.
• Close any open awnings to help prevent possible damage to your property.
