Residents, please take a few minutes to prepare for the rain expected over the next several days. Areas of heavy rainfall and possible flooding are anticipated.

Please consider taking the following precautions:

☔ Secure or bring inside outdoor furniture, decorations, and loose items.
🚗 Move vehicles to higher ground if you are in an area that may be prone to flooding.
🪴 Check patios, porches, and outdoor areas and secure anything that could be moved by strong winds or water.
💧 Keep storm drains and drainage areas near your home clear of leaves and debris.
🔦 Have flashlights, batteries, medications, and other essential items readily available in case of power interruptions.
📱 Monitor local weather alerts and emergency notifications throughout the week.

Please avoid driving or walking through flooded areas. Turn around—don’t risk it.

Stay safe, stay alert, and please plan ahead as the weather moves through our area. 🌧️

Peak season is here!

With peak season upon us, it’s time to make sure all recurring daily activities are posted on the activity board. If you didn’t get a chance last year to post your event on the board in the lobby, please contact the Activity Office with details of your recurring daily activity only and we will be happy to get your signs made up.

Let’s make sure everyone knows what’s happening at Victoria Palms and can enjoy all the activities our community has to offer.

If you’re interested in signing up or getting more information, please stop by the Activities Office during the following hours:

Palm workers will be working on Victoria Drive and Stratford st trough the day today. Please plan accordingly and use caution when traveling through the area.

Work on the pool area is still ongoing. For your safety, please refrain from entering the pool area until further notice.

During this time, these gates will remain locked. For your safety, only authorized contract workers will be permitted in the work area.

We are currently power washing the fence along Thatcher St. Please use caution when walking or driving through the area, as water hoses are currently on the ground.

Good Morning, We will be in the craft center RC races. sign-up sheets for the September 4 Hot Dog Party and the September 17 Resident Appreciation Lunch is available in the kiosk.

With heavy -duty locking wheels and better weight distribution the utility cart should be easier to control on the ramp.

Walkway around the pool, ballroom and main activity entrance have been redone. Please do not walk in these areas as they need to cure until Tuesday.

New LED Lighting Installation

We’re excited to share that we are currently upgrading the communities exterior lighting to enhance both the appearance and visibility throughout the property. Our team is in the process of replacing the existing lantern style light fixtures with new modern lbsquare LED fixtures. These lights provide improved lighting while offering a fresh contemporary look that complements our community. Installation has begun along the pathway around the post office and pool entrance over the next couple of weeks work will continue as we move toward the ballroom area and around the entrance of the Activity Building.

Emergency water leak repair. Water will be shut off in the RV section from lots 2201 to 2446 this will be effected for approximately 2 hrs.
