The USS Kitty Hawk is currently en route to the Port of Brownsville and is scheduled to arrive on or around May 31, 2022.
This three-hour tour includes an informative presentation filled with history on the significance and the impact this carrier has had on the history of the United States. This once-in-a-lifetime experience will be the last opportunity to witness this vessel sailing as it makes its way to its final destination in the Port of Brownsville. Guests are welcome to bring binoculars, cameras, and video equipment to capture this historical event. Dolphins are sure to join us as we pay our final respects.
Please note: Arrival could be as early as May 31, but could be as late as June 7, 2022. The arrival time is dependent on weather conditions and fueling, these factors are out of our control. This tour will more than likely be an early morning departure from South Padre Island. Tickets are non-refundable but can be used for future Port of Brownsville sailings with Breakaway Cruises.
