Happy Friday everyone! This is a friendly reminder that all non-residents MUST enter the resort through the main gate on Victoria Rd. Visitors and contractors receive hang tag passes so that they are accounted for and so that non-authorized persons are easily identifiable.
It is the policy of the resort that all non-residents who enter the resort must enter through the main gate for proper accounting for by gate staff. Circumventing this process negates the effectiveness of the resort to manage this kind of traffic. We understand that there are times when vendors, delivery drivers etc attempt to enter via the hotel side of the property. Please direct them to come back around to the main entrance.
For the safety and security of all residents, please DO NOT let friends, contractors etc through the east gates into the resort. This creates a possible security risk and unaccounted for persons in the resort. In accordance with your leases, residents who are found to be violating this policy will be fined a non-compliance fee for each instance.
