Hello all! It has been great to hear all the positive feedback regarding the Spectrum and Texas Gas projects now that they are online. We are happy that many of you have already started to take advantage of these new services.

We have been made aware that there may be pending issues and we are working with the vendors to ensure that they are addressed.

This may include:

• Landscaping issues such as holes not filled, sodding needs, etc
• Connection issues such as the vendors not recognizing your sites as active, etc
• Other issues related to the installation of the new infrastructure

Please report these types of related issues to the front office at 956-464-7801 or email victoriapalms@equitylifestyle.com. Please be as clear and concise as possible and attach pics to your emails if you are able to. We will compile a list of these items and forward them to the respective vendors to address.
