🚧 Gate Construction Update 🚧
We’re upgrading our sliding gates to new swinging gates! Please review the schedule below and plan accordingly:
🔹 Exit Gates

Starting Monday, March 23
Work will continue throughout the week
Expect one lane open at times or temporary closures to through traffic

🔹 Entrance Gates

Beginning Monday, March 30
Similar construction process
Traffic may be reduced to one lane or closed to through traffic

🚦 During construction, traffic will be redirected to the gate not under construction. Please note that schedules may change due to contractor availability.
✅ To help minimize congestion, residents with gate clickers are encouraged to use the side gates near the hotel and shuffleboard courts over the next couple of weeks.
📡 Good news! The YELP system was successfully upgraded at all three gates this past Monday.
