Join us on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Victoria Palms Ballroom for an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED First Aid Certification Course.
Immediately following the CPR class, a representative from the Hidalgo County Health Department will provide a free 30-minute Narcan training session. Narcan is a life-saving medication that can help reverse an opioid overdose and may be a valuable tool in emergency situations involving medication misuse.
✅ CPR Certification valid for 2 years
✅ Hands-on training in CPR, AED use, choking response, and first aid
✅ FREE Narcan training
Class size is limited to 20 participants. We currently have 13 registered.
Thanks to a donation from the Neighborhood Watch, the cost of the CPR class has been reduced from $50 to just $25 per person. The Narcan training is free.

The walkway around the pool is currently closed while fresh paint cures.
✅ To access the Activity Building, please use the Fitness Center entrance.
✅ To access the pool, please use the gates near the mailroom.
This closure will remain in effect through Tuesday to allow the paint to properly set.

Starting today after 5:00 PM, the walkway by the pool will be undergoing painting corrections. The work will begin with scraping and pressure washing.
Please be aware that sections of the walkway between the Ballroom and the pool area will be closed at different times as the crew works on the necessary repairs.
