Community Weather Preparedness Reminder

Dear Residents,

As we prepare for the inclement weather expected this weekend, we want to take a moment to remind everyone to stay safe and well-prepared. Our wonderful resort maintenance team is already working extra hard to ensure the community is ready, and we truly appreciate their dedication.

Please take a few simple but important steps:

• Ensure your surrounding areas are clear of loose debris or items that could be blown around

• Review and have an emergency plan in place

• Stock up on necessary medications and medical supplies

• Keep extra non-perishable food and bottled water on hand

• Prepare an evacuation plan for yourself, your family members, and your pets who live with you in the park

💙 A few additional reminders for our 55+ community:

• Keep a list of emergency contacts easily accessible

• Charge all essential devices (phones, medical equipment, backup batteries)

• Have a small “go bag” ready with important documents, medications, and comfort items

• If you rely on mobility aids or medical devices, make sure backup plans are in place

• Check in with neighbors—especially those who may need extra assistance

• Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help preparing—we’re all here for one another

Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. Let’s take care of ourselves and each other as we prepare for the weekend.

Stay safe, stay prepared, and stay connected.

Dear Residents,

The hot tub lift is currently not working properly. While it may lower someone into the pool, it may not be able to lift them back out safely.

For your safety, please do not use the pool lift until it has been repaired and is fully working again.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We will update you as soon as it is fixed.

If you have any questions, please contact the office.

Thank you,
Management
