In remembrance of all those who lost their lives on Sept 11th, 2001, we will be wearing red tomorrow (Friday Sept 10th.) Saturday marks the 20th anniversary of this event. We hope you will join us by wearing something red (a hat, a shirt, a scarf etc) as well.

We are also pleased to announce that, moving forward, we will wear red on Fridays, in honor of our soldiers deployed around the world. R.E.D. stands for Remember Everyone Deployed and wearing red is just small token of our respect and support of all soldiers currently deployed. We encourage you to do the same.

What a beautiful morning! We’ve been blessed with some great weather in the past few weeks, but please be advised of the chances of rain late this week through next week. Resort staff is prepared for possible flooding and the pumps are in place and ready to be activated. We ask that everyone be vigilant of weather updates and wary of loose items around your home in case of winds or high water. As always, please avoid driving through any flooded streets as this may cause damage to lots and homes. Thank you and stay dry!

Please be advised, all resort offices, including the mailroom, will be closed for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, Sept 6th. In case of non-life threatening emergencies, please contact the Gate Staff at 956-532-5832 and the appropriate on-call staff will be contacted. Offices will resume normal hours on Tuesday, Sept 7th

There will also be no trash service on Monday, Sept 6th however it will be rescheduled for Tuesday, Sept 7th.

We have been getting reports recently that there is a black and white colored stray dog in the resort. We have contacted the dog catcher upon receiving these reports, but unfortunately they have not been able to locate him when they come to the resort.

If you see this stray dog in the resort, the best course of action would be to contact the dog catcher immediately at 956-464-6960 or 956-274-7035 and then report the incident to the office . Please make note of where in the resort you see him. Also, we ask that everyone refrain from feeding this dog, so that he is discouraged from returning to the resort. DirecTv is currently having a nationwide signal issue which is affecting service. We have reported this, however they have not given us an estimated time for resolution. Thank you for your patience while we await further updates from DirecTV.

Due to the extent of the water repair, we have shut off the water to the entire resort for the next two hours. We apologize any inconvenience this may cause.

Water will be shut off in the resort tomorrow, 8/25 from 10am to approximately 12 noon. This will affect all sites between Victoria Palms Dr and Kingston Dr. Thank you for your patience while we complete this is repair.

A special notice for those who have reservations for the upcoming season: In the past, Sept 1st has been the cutoff date for a full refund on your reservation. However, due to the current travel circumstances, our cancellation policy has been modified for greater flexibility.

RV Sites: For Daily and Weekly Reservations, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.

Rental Accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.

Note: For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.

Extended Stays (Seasonal): For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account (HOA) for a future stay.

We hope this provides some additional flexibility and eases some of the concerns that have been expressed regarding travel.
