Sites from 3078 to 3104 and 3267 to 3248 are effect by a broken pipe. This area will be without water until repairs repairs can be made tomorrow. We will keep you posted if repairs.

Music in the lobby and billiards is working.

Currently only 2 of 8 speakers in the pool area are functioning. Contractor has been called out to trouble shoot the issue.

Bulletin board

The bulletin boards in the Activity building have been upgraded. These boards are for the First responders, singles, bike and golf clubs. Please get with activity department before posting on them.

Still to come will be RC track and restaurant/banquet. (On opposite side)

Gate was damaged, it has been reported and we are working to get it repaired. Also looking into how we can handle the gate being left open overnight. Please be patient as this does take time.

The Activity Office will be offering free strudel 6/17/25 from 2-3pm at the Activity Lobby in honor of National Apple Strudel Day!

Please remember that while it’s okay to move pool furniture around, it must be put back in its original place after use. Also, please remember to keep pool gates closed.

Victoria Palms is hosting a baby shower fundraiser for the Sunny Glen Children’s home in San Benito. They have requested necessity type items, such as diapers, wipes, powder, lotion etc. Bring donation items to the event or drop them off at the Activity Office. There will be food, games and prizes. Sign up at the Activity Office.

Chris with Cowboy Church will be having service at his ranch this Sunday 6/8/25.
