A new stove is now available for use in the White House. The stove was installed yesterday Wed. Feb. 20th, this stove replaced the noworking unit.

The Activity Dept. has been made aware of a large number of season ticket holders that will be away from the resort the first two weeks in March (when concert tickets go on sale). If you will not be here and would like to keep your season tickets, please stop by the activity office so we can take down your information and reserve your seats.

For watering of the grass

Large park by the 5000 sites will be closed today Thursday, Feb. 20 thur Sat. 21st 10:30am . The sprinkles are on at large dark park the ground will be wet.

Due to the weather forecast, the Feb. 22nd Sip N’ Dip with CANAM has been cancelled.

Please use the walkway to throw trash into the dumpsters. Do no not throw the bags over the gates, they are not getting into the dumpsters. This is causing issues with rodents, insects and stray dogs.

We have not had enough participants sign up for the Public Patio Sale, as well as a weather forecast in the 40’s with a high chance of rain for Saturday, so the Patio Sale is cancelled. We do have a Private Patio Sale scheduled March 15th but if residents would like to make it a Public Patio Sale, come by the Activity Office to offer your thoughts.

The potholders and towels have been removed from the Cactus Room kitchen and brought to the Activity Office. Residents can stop by and pick up any they may have been storing there. In the future, residents will need to bring their own potholders/towels for use. Food items stored in the fridge will need to be clearly marked with the event date and name of the event. Food items that are not marked or left after the event will be thrown away. We need to all work together to ensure we keep the area clean and prevent contamination or missing items.
