Please use the walkway to throw trash into the dumpsters. Do no not throw the bags over the gates, they are not getting into the dumpsters. This is causing issues with rodents, insects and stray dogs.

We have not had enough participants sign up for the Public Patio Sale, as well as a weather forecast in the 40’s with a high chance of rain for Saturday, so the Patio Sale is cancelled. We do have a Private Patio Sale scheduled March 15th but if residents would like to make it a Public Patio Sale, come by the Activity Office to offer your thoughts.

The potholders and towels have been removed from the Cactus Room kitchen and brought to the Activity Office. Residents can stop by and pick up any they may have been storing there. In the future, residents will need to bring their own potholders/towels for use. Food items stored in the fridge will need to be clearly marked with the event date and name of the event. Food items that are not marked or left after the event will be thrown away. We need to all work together to ensure we keep the area clean and prevent contamination or missing items.

As we work to beautify our resort we ask that you continue to park your golf carts, bicycle and vehicles in designated parking areas. Do not park on wet common areas as they have grass seed.

You will also see sprinklers on throughout the resort in common areas. Please do not turn them off as we are working on growing grass in these common areas.

Emergency water shut off affecting sites 1-34. These sites are expected to be without water for approximately 3 hours. Please be patience as maintenance staff works on repairing a water break.

There will be no activities in the ballroom Wednesday beginning at 8:00am through Thursday afternoon until 4:30pm in preparation for the Quilt Show. There will be the Jam activity that evening 7-9pm.

Our Activity Meeting will be at 3:30pm tomorrow afternoon in the Cactus Room. Colair will briefly present before the meeting. Cookies will be available, byob.

The Drive In Movie event has been postponed due to concerns about inclement weather this Wednesday, Feb 19th 7-9pm. However, Activities is still hosting the movie “Book Club” indoors at the Activity Lobby on Feb. 19th 7-9pm. We will set a new date in March for the Drive In Movie.

We currently have only 4 signups for the Patio Sale this Saturday, 2/22/25 from 9-12pm. We need at least 30 to host the sale. Also, the weather is expected to be in the 40’s with a high chance of rain; therefore, if we do have enough participants, activities will host the sale in the Ballroom. We will have staff outside guiding shoppers indoors.
