For SEASONAL RESIDENTS only MAIN ENTRY GATE CODE please stop by the main office to pick up your gate code for the front entrance gate. Gates will be closed effective at 6am December 11th. Please note for those with gate remotes the main entry gate will still open the gate. Gate attendant schedule will change to overnight coverage starting at 8pm to 6am on the 11th.

For LEASE HOLDERS those with the myQ app video and step by step instructions will follow within the next few days. Please bear with staff they are still training on the new system.

Welcome Back Casino Night is a complementary event for our VP residents. It is our way of welcoming our Winter Texans back! Get your ticket at the Activities ticket booth. You will use this ticket to enter the event and then exchange it for 200 starter chips at the chip table located by the ballroom stage. You can choose the 1-4pm session or the 6-9pm session. All Ballroom activities scheduled Monday, Dec. 9th and 16th will have access to the ballroom. All Ballroom activities scheduled Friday, Dec. 13th will be cancelled to accomodate a catering event.

Wednesday night pre-season darts will be held in the Ballroom on December 11th, 7-9pm. Please come a bit early to help set-up if you are able. Also, if you haven’t signed up for league playing, starting in January, please do so. I’ll be putting the teams together over the Christmas holiday.
