Victoria Palms has received two of three ELS owned MH homes. Currently they will be located on Thatcher as the sites are prepped for delivery. Units will be for sale thru Winter Texan Homes contact Don and his team for more information.

Gate Step by Step Instructions
USEFUL INFORMATION:
Gate clickers will still work to gain access into the resort.
You will only need your personal entry code when you do not have a clicker.
You will need the app to allow your guest/contractors access into the resort.
Gate attendant present 8pm to 6am Monday thru Sunday
Emergency phone number to follow (for needs between 4 to 8pm)

Notice : Gate Update
For SEASONAL RESIDENTS only MAIN ENTRY GATE CODE please stop by the main office to pick up your gate code for the front entrance gate. Gates will be closed effective at 6am December 11th. Please note for those with gate remotes the main entry gate will still open the gate. Gate attendant schedule will change to overnight coverage starting at 8pm to 6am on the 11th.
For LEASE HOLDERS those with the myQ app video and step by step instructions will follow within the next few days. Please bear with staff they are still training on the new system.
