VP residents had a blast playing beanbag baseball and a few players hit home runs for their teams! Way to go Millie Reeves, Pat Wike, Rosalie Jechorek, Christy and Ray Geise, Sharon LeMunyon, and Mike Gordon. We have some awesome athletes here at VP!

The Labor Day event is taking place this Thursday, 8/29/24 from 12-2pm in the ballroom. We will announce the beautification project winner and Melvin Ellis will be providing ambient music for our listening enjoyment. Song requests are welcomed.

Is there a better way to cool off in Texas than with banana splits. We would like to thank you all that showed up to enjoy this treat with us. If you missed it we hope to see you next time.

The inside portion of the course consist of learning about the various types of extinguishers and how to use them, both commercially and residentially. The outside portion of the course consist of hands on experience, as the Donna Fire Dept. demonstrates how to put out a fire with an extinguisher in a controlled environment. You will then have the opportunity to practice putting out a “real” fire with a fire extinguisher.
