NYE assigned seating
Hello all!
We are happy to announce that our New Years Eve event is SOLD OUT! That being said, it has come to our attention that there may still be some questions about the assigned seating at this event…
If you or your group did not purchase ALL of the seats at your table, the resort has the ABSOLUTE RIGHT to sell those seats to others first come, first serve. Please note that you may NOT request, discourage or harass other residents in an effort to keep them from sitting at a table. Please do not risk your ability to attend this or any other event in the future by doing so.
This is not representative of the welcoming and kind environment that Victoria Palms is known for and we sincerely hope this is not happening.
Thank you and we look forward to bringing in a Happy New Year with you!
Friendly Reminder:
Sip N’ Dip today, 2-4pm by the pool with, “The Night Howlers!”

Dog Walking on empty sites
Hello all!
Friendly reminder that dogs are not allowed to do their business on empty sites. This has been a longstanding rule and has not changed.
We are specifically struggling with folks walking their dogs in the 5000 section of the resort. These are sites just like anywhere else in the resort and should not be used for pets to relieve themselves. There is no doggie station there anymore and has not been for the last couple of years.
Please be considerate of others and only walk your dogs in the approved areas.
Thank you.

Resort Upgrade Announcement: Trash Dumpsters
Hello all!
In keeping with our goal of providing an excellent experience to all of our residents, we would like to announce the reorganization of trash disposal in the resort.
We are happy to introduce the addition of dumpsters and a drive-through disposal area to the resort. These dumpsters will be located inside of enclosures to maintain a pleasant ambiance to the resort. The drive through disposal area will contain our recycle bins, additional trash bins and roll offs for larger items.
Beginning this week, contractors will begin building enclosures for trash dumpsters in various locations in the resort. Soon after, the drive through area will begin construction. This will be located in the current gated storage area adjacent to the 5000 section. Please see the map attached.

What’s new? You will have increased availability of trash disposal closer and more convenient to your site. With the additional availability of a roll-off dumpster, you will have somewhere to dump your larger items like furniture, small appliances, etc.
What changes? Once this project is complete and service has begun, we will discontinue public use of the trash compactor by the restaurant. This will become solely for staff use.
What stays the same? We will continue on-site pickup for household trash and brush on Mondays. Your contractors are still required to haul off all renovation materials and trash related to their projects. They are NOT allowed to use resort dumpsters and roll-offs.
More info to come as the project nears completion!
