There is a currently a group of approximately 16 soldiers who are staying at the hotel. VP and the hotel have negotiated temporary use of the resort pool – for this group of soldiers only – during the duration of the hotel pool renovation. They will be identified by dated wristbands and subject to all of the rules of the resort pool area.

Please report rule violations or unauthorized guests to the hotel at 956-782-3200 or the gate staff at 956-532-5832.

Please be advised, the hotel pool renovation project begins tomorrow, Thursday July 13th. This renovation is expected to last approximately 3-4 weeks, barring any delays. During this time the area including the hotel pool, spa and bathrooms will be unavailable.

Please avoid this area for the duration of the project. The resort pool, spas and bathrooms will remain available to resort residents only, and access will only be available on the resort side – you will not be able to enter from the ballroom side.

Please report any issues to the main office during normal business hours or to the gate staff after hours. Thank you.

If anyone knows the owner of this trailer, please contact the main office or email jesus_ramirez@equitylifestyle.com. If we are unable to identify it by Monday, July 17th it will be removed from the resort and all related towing/storage fees will be at the customers expense.

We are happy to announce that we fully have transitioned over to the Rave Mobile Alert System, as was announced late last year. Swift911 has reached it’s end of life and is no longer functional.

Important note: If you were registered for Swift911 as of April 2023, a new Rave account has already been migrated over to Rave.

Exciting news! We are happy to announce that the Craft Center flooring renovation is tentatively set to begin on Monday June 26th, at which point it will be closed to resident use. The project is expected to last 6-8 weeks. If you need items from this area, please retrieve them before the work begins.
