We are happy to announce that we fully have transitioned over to the Rave Mobile Alert System, as was announced late last year. Swift911 has reached it’s end of life and is no longer functional.

Important note: If you were registered for Swift911 as of April 2023, a new Rave account has already been migrated over to Rave.

You will need to provide basic info like your name, address and cell phone number as well as your wireless carrier. Once registered, you can set up your personal preferences for notification delivery. Please note, text messaging is limited to 140 characters, so please consider using the email and voice options to get more detailed messages.

Exciting news! We are happy to announce that the Craft Center flooring renovation is tentatively set to begin on Monday June 26th, at which point it will be closed to resident use. The project is expected to last 6-8 weeks. If you need items from this area, please retrieve them before the work begins.

Please be advised, all resort offices will be closed on Monday June 19th for the Juneteenth holiday. However, the mailroom window will be open normal hours.

All offices will return to normal hours on Tuesday June 20th.

Please be advised, the resort offices will open late this Thursday morning for employee training. Staff will undergo fire extinguisher training provided by Donna Fire Department.

Offices will be scheduled to open by 11am, or earlier, depending on the length of the training. Thank you for your patience while we undergo this crucial safety training.

Please be advised, both the large and small dog parks will be sprayed for fleas and other pests today at approximately 10:30am. Terminex will be on site to provide this service. We will not close the dog parks but we ask that you please allow the contractor to perform this service and vacate if instructed.
