Please be advised, it is a violation of resort policy to park your vehicle (or keep your personal items) on an empty RV spot. While it may seem like a minor issue, it actually affects many of our incoming arrivals who have rented these spots. This is a peak arrival period and you should not presume that any site will go unoccupied.

If you are currently parked on an empty RV spot or on one that you have not rented, kindly remove your vehicle immediately. Vehicles will be towed without warning and at customers expense.

Hello everyone! We have a vehicle that is parked by the ice machine that we need your help to identify.

If anyone knows who’s van this is, please contact the main office at 956-464-7801 or email victoriapalms@equitylifestyle.com. It has been parked here since yesterday evening and if we cannot find out who it belongs to, we will be forced to have it towed.
