Please be advised, we are still working to restore service for those who remain without internet. After last weekend’s outage we were able to restore approximately 350 of 500 registered modems. A technician is scheduled to return on Friday 12/23 to continue repairs and adjustments. There may be intermittent service outages during this process.

Hello all!

While we understand that many of you are with very experienced with cold weather, here are just a few reminders as we face possible freeze temperatures this weekend…

• For life threatening emergencies, please call 911 first, then contact the gate at 956-532-5832 to report the situation
• If there is widespread electrical outage throughout the resort, it is HIGHLY encouraged that each individual report it to AEP Texas, the local energy provider. The more outages reported in an area, the faster the possible response. Call 877-373-4858 or report online at https://www.aeptexas.com/outages/report/
• The White House, on the corner of Donna and Plymouth, serves as a temporary kitchen to cook hot meals in the event of emergency. If the power is out in this area of the resort, a back-up generator is in place to provide temporary power to this building.
