Rainy Season Reminders

After a summer of drought we have finally had some good rains recently. With that comes the need to mow our lawns and weed our rock lawns and gardens more often then we’ve had to as of late. As has been mentioned on the blog previously, as well as in your handbooks, please make sure you (or your mowers) are keeping up with your site.

We highly suggest mowing at least twice a month (or once every two weeks). Please don’t forget to spray the weeds in your plant beds and rock yards. This also helps to control the mosquito population.

This is just a friendly reminder that we all share a responsibility to keep our lawns and home sites maintained throughout the year. Management will continue to review home sites for compliance and courtesy calls will be placed if your site is in need of attention. This is primarily accomplished via regular drives and also at resident request. In accordance with your lease, non-compliance will result in additional fees on your monthly bill.

The vast majority of residents have been doing a wonderful job of keeping up with their sites and we all thank you for your efforts!

Picture ID’s for Annuals

Happy Monday folks!

For annual lease holders, Picture ID’s are available now and picture sessions will be scheduled by appointment only. If you are a new resident and need to get one, or if you are an existing resident who simply needs yours replaced, please call the office to schedule your picture session.

ID tags are required to attend most activities and events (especially in season) and are a great way to meet people from around the country. If you do not have one, or yours is in bad condition, please consider getting yours soon.

Once again, this is for annual lease holders only. Seasonal guests and renters get their own form of ID upon check in.

Thank you and have a great week!
