Your generosity is greatly appreciated and will help the City of Donna Independent School District to assist young children and families in need.

Happy Friday everyone! This is a friendly reminder that all non-residents MUST enter the resort through the main gate on Victoria Rd. Visitors and contractors receive hang tag passes so that they are accounted for and so that non-authorized persons are easily identifiable.

It is the policy of the resort that all non-residents who enter the resort must enter through the main gate for proper accounting for by gate staff. Circumventing this process negates the effectiveness of the resort to manage this kind of traffic. We understand that there are times when vendors, delivery drivers etc attempt to enter via the hotel side of the property. Please direct them to come back around to the main entrance.

For the safety and security of all residents, please DO NOT let friends, contractors etc through the east gates into the resort. This creates a possible security risk and unaccounted for persons in the resort. In accordance with your leases, residents who are found to be violating this policy will be fined a non-compliance fee for each instance. Please help us help you to keep this a wonderful and safe resort. Thank you.

We are currently experiencing a partial power outage in the resort. The cable and internet for the entire resort is also affected by this outage. Areas like the Craft Center and White House still have power if needed. AEP estimates a service restoration time of approximately 8pm.

Please contact AEP at 866-223-8508 to report an outage at your site and for further updates. Thank you for your patience while AEP works to restore service.

Please be advised that the porch area of the main entrance to the activity building is currently closed to allow for prepping and painting of the porch floor. Please do not cross the tape to try to enter the activity building. The doors will be locked.

Please be advised that parking on empty lots is strictly prohibited. Overnight parking on empty lots, or parking for an extended period of time is not allowed. Extended vacancy of a site is irrelevant and is not acceptable reason for parking on a site that you are not currently renting. Please respect your friends and neighbors and those who pay for storage sites. For more information, please refer to your handbooks or contact the main office.

This being said, communication is key. If you have a short term need, ie, construction etc, we may be able to accomodate on a case-by-case basis. The most important factor is that we are informed ahead of time.

If you are the owner or know the owners of the following vehicles, please contact the main office immediately. They do not have authorization to park where they are located and will be removed if we are unable to identify who owns them.

Please be advised, cardboard can still be dropped off at the cardboard compactor area, particularly for those who have difficulty flattening their cardboard. The previous post about this was intended to communicate restricted entry into the cardboard compactor area, not to restrict the ability to drop off cardboard there altogether. Please use the fence cutout pictured below when dropping off your cardboard.

As always, the Redfish containers by the Craft Center are also an option to recycle your cardboard. Thank you.
