Please be advised, due to resident concern and out of an abundance of caution, the resort pools and spas will be shut down and water will be drained, refilled and rebalanced. This process will begin Friday April 29th and will take the entire weekend. A technician will professionally balance the chemicals prior to reopening.

We approximate that we will be able to reopen on Tuesday, May 3rd. Thank you for your patience while we complete this work.

As we announced in the Town Hall meetings during the season, our staff has begun trimming trees in the RV section of the resort. As they progress through their sections, roll-off dumpsters are being placed in the areas that they are working in. You are welcome to place your own tree trimmings in these roll offs, but please refrain from putting household trash in them. As announced previously, trash pickup has transitioned to our off-season schedule of Monday pickup only. If you need to dispose of household trash any other day of the week you are welcome to use the compactor by the restaurant. Also, please do not encourage or allow your contractors to dump construction materials, old appliances or other waste in the roll off dumpsters. These roll offs are solely for tree trimmings and “green waste” items; no other items are allowed to be put in them. This will cause unnecessary delay in the project. Thank you for your compliance as we work diligently to complete this beautification project.

Hi folks! Just one final reminder about our off season hours and trash pickup…

Beginning Monday April 18th, the following scheduled hours are as follow:

Main Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am to 2pm – Saturdays and Sundays Closed

Activity Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am to 2pm – Saturdays and Sundays Closed

Mailroom Window/Package Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 12 noon to 3pm – Saturdays and Sundays Closed

Also, Trash Pickup will revert back to off season schedule of Mondays only. Please have your trash out by 7am to ensure pickup.
