We are pleased to announce that, effective immediately, we are now able to reinstate glass recycling at Victoria Palms! The glass recycling truck is back in it’s old location, parked adjacent to the restaurant. Please deposit your glass recyclables in the truck. Thank you for your patience while we worked to reinstate this recycling feature.

Please be advised, the ice machine/water dispenser is currently out of service. We have contacted a technician for repair. Thank you for your patience while we await a repair diagnosis and resolution.

Water will be shut off again for emergency repair at 2:45pm today for approximately 2 hours. This will affect the entire resort and hotel premises. Please avoid using the laundry facilities and shut off all valves in your homes to avoid damage when water service is restored. Thank you for your patience while this repair is completed.

We are experiencing intermittent internet and picture quality issues on the west side of the resort, west side of Sheffield Dr. A technician has been contacted for repair. Thank you for your patience while the system is restored.

Please be advised the USPS has still not delivered mail and packages today. This will affect sorting and availability of your mail and packages. Every effort will be made to have all packages sorted and ready as soon as possible… Please be patient with mail staff as they can’t sort what they don’t have.
