March Manager Meeting

We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a Manager’s Meeting on Thursday, March 17th in the Ballroom from 9am – 10:30am. Annual residents and seasonal RV’ers are welcomed!

As we have done in the past, we will would like have resident and/or vendor presentations in the beginning of the meeting. If there are any resident groups that would like to give a short presentation at the beginning of the meeting please contact us at the email listed below as soon as possible to coordinate.

We want to get the most out of this meeting , so management will create a presentation in advance based on your questions. A brief question and answer session will follow for any issues not addressed in the presentation.

Please email your questions to victoriapalms_mgr@equitylifestyle.com no later than Tuesday March 15th so that they can be addressed. Questions that are similar in nature will be consolidated and addressed in the presentation.

Trash Compactor Scheduled Repair

Please be advised, the trash compactor is scheduled for repair this Wednesday 3/9 and will take approximately 3 days to complete.  During this time, it will not be available for use. Please be cautious around this area while work is being completed.

Resort maintenance staff will continue their regularly scheduled curbside trash pickups on Monday and Thursday mornings.

Glass Recycling at VP

Please be advised, our local recyclers have notified us that they will no longer be accepting glass recyclables. Because of this we must suspend glass recycling at VP until further notice. Please do not dump your glass by the restaurant as the glass recycling truck will not be available. Thank you.

USPS Mail Service Delay 3.3.22

Please be advised the USPS has only just delivered mail and packages today at 11:20am. This will affect sorting and availability of your mail and packages. Every effort will be made to have all packages sorted and ready as soon as possible… Please be patient with mail staff.

Internet issues 3.1.22

Please be advised, there is an issue with the modem system that is affecting the entire resort. Technicians are currently working on restoring the system. There is no need to call in individual issues at this time as this is a resort wide outage. Once the system comes back on line, if you still do not have service please call it in then. Thank you.

Emergency Procedures and Incident Reporting

Here is a friendly reminder of emergency procedures and how to properly report incidents in the resort:

Life-threatening emergencies involving Fire, Police or Ambulance:

  1. Dial 911
  2. Contact the gate staff to report name, location and nature of incident so that they can assist emergency services with directions or escort them to the site, if necessary.

For all other incidents involving safety and security:

Please report criminal or other suspicious activity immediately to law enforcement. Ask for the case number and report it to the Gate Staff and Main Office. Police reports typically take between 5-7 business days to be available, so the sooner you report the incident the better. Please also keep in mind that law enforcement officers do not always stop at the gate upon entry – it is important that the management and staff know where they are going and why.

Other Safety Tips:

Please do not share gate codes or gate remotes with contractors, guests or other non-residents.

Please do not allow unauthorized people through the secondary gates by the hotel and ballroom.
