Mail Service Delay 2/1/22

Please be advised the USPS has still not delivered mail and packages today. This will affect sorting and availability of your mail and package service. Every effort will be made to have all packages sorted and ready, but letter mail may be affected as well. Like much of the countries’ employers, it seems the USPS is having trouble finding and keeping staff. Thank you for your patience while we await mail delivery.

Attention RV’ers…Early Bird is here!

We are pleased to announce our Early Bird Presentation will be held on Thursday, Feb 3rd at 9am in the Ballroom!

For those who are unfamiliar, Early Bird is the best opportunity to get your preferred site for next season, at the best rate available, before the general public!

This presentation is intended for RV’ers who are interested in booking for next season. We will discuss next season’s Early Bird rates and how to book them.

For those who choose not to attend, we will upload the presentation and the reservation forms on this website after the meeting.

Internet update

Please be advised, we have experienced a technical issue with the internet that is causing outages. Our contractors are aware and are working on it as we speak. Thank you for your patience while we restore service.

Speed Bump Repair

Please be advised, speed bump repair in the resort began yesterday and will continue through the weekend, barring any weather delays. Please be cautious when driving through the resort, do not exceed speed limits and watch out for workers and equipment on the streets.

On-site Covid testing update

As many of you may know, we have arranged for on-site Covid testing, vaccinations and booster shots in the Large Card room every Tuesday from 9am to 2pm. Based on your feedback, we have spoken to the pharmacist and they will be expediting the turnaround time for results by emailing you directly. Vaccines and Booster shots are immediately available during their visits.

Propane Service

For those who have reported delivery issues with Andy’s propane, we have scheduled another vendor to stop by the resort tomorrow. Please call them to schedule a refill at your site. Here is their info:

For clarity, Andy’s is still our preferred vendor, however residents are free to choose whichever vendor they desire.

Internet Update – Action Required

As was discussed in last weeks Town Hall Meeting, our contractor along with our onsite tech have been working on rebuilding all of the modem profiles for the resort to effectively integrate with the new circuit that was installed. Some testing and tweaking occurred over the weekend and we are happy to announce that the new settings are ready for update on your individual modems. Our testing has shown significant improvement in internet speeds.

Please do the following:

  • Locate your modem (this is the piece of equipment in your home that connects directly to the coaxial cable from outside your home or rig)
  • Reboot your modem by powering it down (best practice is to simply unplug it from your power source)
  • Wait approximately 60 seconds
  • Power your modem back up (by plugging it back in) and wait for all lights on the machine to illuminate once again. The time for this may vary by machine but usually within 90* seconds) *time edit based on customer feedback
  • If you have a combo modem/router, please reboot using the same process described above.
  • If you have a seperate router (the machine that connects to the modem), it is not necessary to reboot the router as well.
