Please be advised that we will continue to operate under our current office hours, mailroom hours and trash pickup schedule until Monday Nov 15th. At that time, our hours will be as follow:

Main Office:

Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm and Saturday 11am – 2pm

Mailroom Package Pickup Window:

Monday through Friday, 12pm to 3:30pm and Saturday 11am to 2pm

Activity Office:

Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm (subject to change closer to the season)

Trash Pickup:

Beginning November 15th, trash will be picked up twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. Please have your bagged household trash out by 7am.

Friendly reminder: Do not place trash outside overnight. Residents are responsible for cleanup if animals scatter trash. If you have trash between pick-ups, the trash compactor behind the restaurant is available for your use.

Please be cautious when visiting the pool area. An underground plumbing repair will begin at 8:30am today, which will include the removal of the pool deck pavers around the pump room area. The pool area will remain open unless a need to shut down arises during the course of the repair. Please be cautious around the work area. Thank you for your patience during this repair project.

Please be advised, due to delivery delay, the package pickup window opening will be delayed until 1pm. Thank you for your patience while we attempt to catch up with the deliveries.

Please be advised, water will be shut off beginning immediately until 10am for emergency repair. This will affect sites on the south side of VP Boulevard from lots 3078 to 3248. Thank you for your patience as we make this emergency repair.

Please be advised, there will be a water shut off today affecting sites from Sherwood Dr to Manchester Ave, including Kingston Court. This emergency repair is scheduled from 10am to approximately 12 noon. Thank you for your patience while we make this much needed repair.

Fish Fry FAQ

Q: Are there any other options aside from fried?  Broiled?  Baked?  

A: For this upcoming Fish Fry we will continue to serve our Fried, Veracruzano (baked) , Lemon Garlic (baked) and Blackened fish (baked).

Q: What type of fish is served?

A: Tilapia and Swai.

Q: Is chicken breast still an available substitute for those who don’t eat fish?

A: Yes, we offer grilled chicken or beef patties. You can choose one or the other and can get as much as you want but will only be served one portion at a time.

Q: Will the regular menu (or a limited menu) be available for those who do not want to purchase the fish fry?

A: Only the Fish Fry Buffet is offered on Friday evenings.
