VP residents, thank you for stopping by and partaking in the festivities!

Due to illnesses, there will not be enough participants to host the bean bag baseball event today. The Activities Dept. will host another Bean Bag Baseball event in July.

Bean Bag Baseball will be hosted in the Craft Center, Texas Room today from 3-5pm

Gate repairs are scheduled for Monday. We will have gate attendance thru the weekend due to the permitted fencing being down.

Happy Father’s Day to all the VP dad’s out there! Had a great time at the Father’s Day Event today. Thank you Kristi and Jeannine for preparing such delicious food for our VP dads! You know you did good when they go back for seconds and thirds! 😀

Contractor will be here after 1pm today. If you are picking up debris and brush in your homes please pile in front of your home and they will pick up today and tomorrow.

Staff is currently assessing damages, repairing fences and cutting hanging branches. Please be patience as we get the property back in order.

Sites from 3078 to 3104 and 3267 to 3248 are effect by a broken pipe. This area will be without water until repairs repairs can be made tomorrow. We will keep you posted if repairs.

Music in the lobby and billiards is working.

Currently only 2 of 8 speakers in the pool area are functioning. Contractor has been called out to trouble shoot the issue.

Thank you to all the VP residents who donated items to the Sunny Glen Children’s Home. Your generosity will help provide for many children in need.

Bulletin board

The bulletin boards in the Activity building have been upgraded. These boards are for the First responders, singles, bike and golf clubs. Please get with activity department before posting on them.

Still to come will be RC track and restaurant/banquet. (On opposite side)

Gate was damaged, it has been reported and we are working to get it repaired. Also looking into how we can handle the gate being left open overnight. Please be patient as this does take time.

The Activity Office will be offering free strudel 6/17/25 from 2-3pm at the Activity Lobby in honor of National Apple Strudel Day!

Please remember that while it’s okay to move pool furniture around, it must be put back in its original place after use. Also, please remember to keep pool gates closed.
