Contractors will be working on cleaning the inlets and gutters from mud and debris left from Thursday’s storm. Please use caution when traveling near the inlets.

We have a stray in the dog park currently waiting in the city to pick him up. Please use caution as he is a stray.

Gate by the shuffleboard is open so that residents can exit thru the resort. Frontage road is flooded and inaccessible.

Only one pump is working. Two are unable to be put out due to the flooding in the area. They will be placed back out As soon as they can.

Please be patient as Property will be working on a skeleton crew. Everyone’s safety is a main concern as they try to maneuver flood waters on their way to work.

After some technical difficulties The pumps are on.

Due to severe weather the Main office and Activities offices will close at 3pm on Thursday March 27th. We will reopen on Friday March 28th at 9am. Sorry for any inconvenience.
