Congratulations to the leaders selected for the ELS, “Making A Difference Program.”

Computer Club News
A warm thank you to the Computer Club for donating laptops and tablets to John and Joyce Crose in their work with the Battered Women’s shelter here in the Rio Grande Valley.
The Computer Club receives donated old or replaced laptops and tablets from VP residents. Club volunteers check this equipment out and if possible, make them usable for children’s gaming or as fully functional laptops.

The monies received from the “Making a Difference” program goes towards new batteries, chargers and cables for this equipment. The Computer Club has 15+ volunteers that devote countless hours to helping VP residents, but also spend time providing usable computer equipment to people in need.
Our current volunteers are:
Ken Ashton, Doreen Broadbent, Gary Chambers, Bill Ellis, Dean Fairbrother, Cindy Glass, Kathy Helgerson, Donna Luther, Markee Neuhaus, Larry Riesselman, Pat Riesselman, Larry Schmidt, Yolanda Walker, Lyne Way-White, Deby Woller.
Thanks,
