Office Hours Update

Good morning, everyone!

As the winter season is coming to a close, we would like to inform you of our updated Office Hours. Starting today, our revised office hours are as follows:

  • Main Office: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Saturdays.
  • Activity Office: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Saturdays.
  • Mailroom Window: Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM. (no change at this time)

Street Signage reminder

Attention all drivers of motorized vehicles and cyclists in the Victoria Palms community:

Please follow all posted street signs which include stop signs, speed limits, and other instructional signs. A customer recently reported a near-accident due to a violation of this policy. Therefore, to ensure everyone’s safety, we kindly request that all drivers and riders obey all street signage. Thank you for your cooperation.

USPS delivery delay

Please be advised that the USPS mail delivery is delayed today and has not yet been delivered. Once it arrives, every effort will be made to have all packages sorted and ready as soon as possible. Please be patient with mail staff as they try to overcome this delayed delivery. Thank you.

Pedestrian gate out of service

Dear Guests,

Please be informed that the pedestrian gate on the south side has been vandalized and is currently out of service until further notice. To gain access to the resort, kindly use the Activity building entrance. In case you are driving, please use the auto gates.

Additionally, we would like to remind you that it is against resort policy to tie, block, or manipulate gates to remain open. Unfortunately, we have noticed such activities taking place this season. If these violations continue, we will be forced to close the gates permanently to maintain resort security.
