Gate clickers (remotes) will not be available today, Thursday, October 16, by noon due to the painting of the gates.

The office will reach out to the residents who submitted their clickers (remotes) once they have been programmed on Friday. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience as we are unable to finalize the programming.

This is a friendly reminder that the Pool & Spas are currently CLOSED for cleaning and chemical balancing from 6 to 7 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Winter pool hours will commence on October 23. During this period, the Pool will be CLOSED from 5 to 7 AM, Monday through Saturday.

We kindly ask that residents refrain from using the pool or spas during these hours, as staff will not be able to balance the pool and spa if they are in use. This may result in the pool becoming cloudy and unbalanced.

We’re excited to share that we are in the process of enhancing the entrance to the resort! 🎨✨

To complete this improvement, the gates at the Shuffleboard area and near the small laundry will be closed from 7:00 AM on Thursday, October 16, until 7:00 AM on Friday, October 17 for painting.

Annual residents, your new vehicle stickers, room access codes, and Wifi password will be available for collection on Wednesday, October 1, in the main office from 9AM to 3PM.

AEP will be working on property today. The electricity will be shut down affecting sites on Victoria Palms Dr and Margaret Dr. This will be for at least an hour during the repairs. It is unknown when this will be in effect, as we are on AEP’s schedule. Thank you for your patience while this repair is completed.

What an incredible time we had at the Victoria Palms Horse Races! Laughter, cheering, and a little friendly competition filled the room as residents gathered together for an afternoon of fun.

The race track was set, the horses were lined up, and the energy in the room was electric. With each roll of the dice, the excitement grew—would it be Gate 3? Gate 5? The crowd leaned in closer, cheering for their favorites and celebrating every move forward.

What made this event so special wasn’t just the game itself, but the joy of community. Friends old and new came together, encouraging each other and sharing in the fun. Smiles, laughter, and applause could be heard all around as the horses made their way toward the finish line.

Congratulations to our winners—and a big thank you to everyone who joined in to make this such a fun event. These moments of connection remind us what makes Victoria Palms such a wonderful place to live. 💚
