Meet the Mayor – Update

Our mayor is humbly requesting your vote for a runoff election beginning today! If you are eligible to vote, please consider doing so. Every vote counts and the Mayor needs your support.  Early voting begins today (ends Tuesday Dec 5th) from 7am to 7pm at :

Thanksgiving Holiday and Seasonal Office Hours

Please be advised, all resort offices – including the mailroom window – will be closed on Thursday and Friday Nov 23rd/24th in recognition of the Thanksgiving Holiday. We want to wish all of our residents a Happy Thanksgiving! We give thanks for customers like you!

Please also note, we will begin our seasonal hours on Monday Nov 27th. Please make note of our seasonal schedule:

Main Office

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm

Activities Office

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (unless otherwise posted due to individual events)

Mailroom Window

Monday through Saturday, 12 noon to 3pm

After-Hours Emergencies

Pool reopening announcement!

Victoria Palms Resort

Thank you for your patience while we executed the first phase of pool renovation. We are happy to announce that the resort pool area will reopen tomorrow, Nov 22nd at 7am. There is more to come in the pool area in the near future, but we do not expect to have to shut down for those improvements.

Thank you for your patience during this process of reinvestment into the resort. We hope that you continue to enjoy all that our resort has to offer!
