Reminder: The following flags/banners are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground/resort, American, Canadian, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans, sports and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal or garden.  All others are prohibited.

Signage is only allowed when a home is placed for sale or rent.  You may place a single (1) For Sale sign, professionally made, which is securely attached to your unit (no yard signs) and can be no larger than 18” X 24”. All others are prohibited.

Thank you for your patience while the VP staff works hard to prepare for the upcoming season. While we are still working on defining in more detail what we will be doing for the this season, we urge all residents currently in the resort to participate in the events that we have announced thus far. This will give you a better idea of the kinds of outside-the-box thinking we are doing to make sure all residents enjoy their stay with us.

As we move forward with recovery efforts here at Victoria Palms, please be advised of the following:

Contractors are on site today Monday Aug 3rd, and are hard at work in helping us to recover from Hurricane Hannah. This will require the total closure of most buildings throughout the week. They will begin their efforts in the Activity Building, where the most extensive damage occurred. Please do not access this building via the Fitness Center. The Fitness Center itself will be closed until further notice starting Tuesday, Aug 4th. Contractors will be following social distancing protocols, and we ask that you do the same.

Contractors will be utilizing their own roll off dumpsters – please do not use these for your personal trash or brush. The Resort compactor is available for trash and we have our own roll off dumpster for brush located by the Maintenance Shop.

Please be on the lookout for an announcement regarding Mail Service, as the Postal Center was also affected by the hurricane. We will make every effort to make your US mail and packages available to you during this time.
