Craft Center and White House open

Assuming we don’t lose power in the remaining portion of the resort, the Craft Center will remain open through the night for those who need temporary relief from the cold weather.

The White House building, located at the corner of Donna and Plymouth, will also be open through the night for anyone who would like to cook themselves a hot meal, as it has a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Please provide your own cooking supplies and, out of courtesy to others, leave the area clean for the next person to use. Please also note that the heater control knob is located on the wall next to the restroom, and operates in 1 hour increments.

Please stay safe and warm as we all get through this together.

Resort Offices Closed Monday Feb 15th

As it is also Presidents Day, mail and package service will also be unavailable. Also, as previously announced on Friday, outdoor activities are also postponed to later dates. Weather conditions for Tuesday Feb 16th are being closely monitored for future consideration.

Thank you and please stay safe and warm.

Water shutoff

Water to the entire resort will be shut off starting at 7am on Thursday, Feb 4th for approx 10 hours as a main line is repaired. This will affect the entire resort and buildings including the restaurant and hotel. Thank you for your patience while repair this critical infrastructure component.

Pickle Ball/Tennis Courts

A light post at the pickle ball court has gone out. Electricians checked it over the weekend and found no issues with wiring or power and they will return on Tuesday with scaffolding to check the bulbs.

For your safety, please refrain from using the darker portion of the courts in the evening hours until the situation has been resolved. Thank you for your patience while we get the lights repaired.

Clarification on Flag Policy…

We have updated our policy to include alternative versions of the American flag. Alternative American flag designs (such as the ones pictured below) that honor the military, law enforcement and other emergency services are now included.

Thank you for your feedback. We are incredibly pleased to work with our residents for the betterment of our community.

As always, please contact park management directly if you have any further questions. Thank you.

Vaccine info on VPR…

In an effort to provide our residents with as much Covid19 vaccine info as possible, we have created a page with information, provided by the State, on where to find them. You can find it by clicking on the Menu option at the top of this page, or by clicking the direct link here: https://vpractivities.com/vaccine-information/

We will also continue to post flyers that become available to the public via local governmental agencies.

Thank you and please stay safe.
