New cable/internet lines have begun to be installed in the Resort! Here are a few pics of the equipment and installation of the main distribution lines.

Thay are currently in the area directly south of the main office and will be working their way east and north throughout the Value Section on both sides of the boulevard.

We understand curiosity and the urge to know what is going on but, FOR YOUR SAFETY, we ask that you please do not approach workers and keep a safe distance from the work areas.

Yesterday, Texas Gas Service hosted a Q&A session for the upcoming project. Residents were able to ask questions, view maps and get detailed information about the process.

Texas Gas Project Update

The water and ice machine is back in service. Thank you for your patience while repairs were completed and water quality was ensured.

Attention residents in the Manufactured Home section of the resort!

On Wednesday, April 5th, at 9am in the ballroom, representatives from Texas Gas Service will be on site and will be holding a Q& A Session for the upcoming natural gas project. They will be discussing the project in detail and you will have an opportunity to ask questions.

This project is tentatively scheduled to commence on Monday, April 10th.
