An incident at the dog park was reported recently to the front office. We are currently seeking information as to the identity of the dog owner. It has been reported that the incident has been discussed on private social media pages, but nobody has come forward with any information. If you have any first hand knowledge of the incident or identity of the dog or dog owner, please contact the main office expeditiously. Victoria Palms Resort has received notice from Texas Gas Service, and has asked us to distribute this letter to residents. This letter is intended for residents in the Manufactured Home (MH) section, lot numbers 1 through 251. For questions regarding this project, please contact Joe Zamora at 956-227-2031.

Main Office:

Closed beginning Thursday 11/24 and will resume normal hours on Monday 11/28

Activities Office:

Closed beginning Thursday 11/24 and will resume normal hours on Monday 11/28

Mailroom Window:

Window closed (no mail or package service) Thursday 11/24 and will resume normal hours on Friday 11/25

Trash Pickup:

There will be no trash pickup on Thursday 11/24. Normal pickup will resume on Monday 11/28. Please consider using the compactor by the hotel.

As always, for emergencies during holidays or after hours, please call 911 first, then contact the gate staff at 956-532-5832. They will notify the appropriate staff.
