Delayed office opening – Thursday June 8th

Please be advised, the resort offices will open late this Thursday morning for employee training. Staff will undergo fire extinguisher training provided by Donna Fire Department.

Offices will be scheduled to open by 11am, or earlier, depending on the length of the training. Thank you for your patience while we undergo this crucial safety training.

Dog park spraying – follow up

Please be advised, both the large and small dog parks will be sprayed for fleas and other pests today at approximately 10:30am. Terminex will be on site to provide this service. We will not close the dog parks but we ask that you please allow the contractor to perform this service and vacate if instructed.

Thank you.

Palm Tree Trimming – Pool Area

Please be advised, the palm trees in the pool area will be trimmed today at approximately 10:30am. This typically only takes a day or two to complete. We do not recommend usage of the pool during this time, as falling palms and debris could be a safety hazard. Please also be cautious in the general vicinity of the pool during this time as well. The remainder of the palms in the resort will be trimmed in July.

Thank you for your patience while we complete this project.

Holiday office closures and trash service

Please be advised, all resort offices – including the mailroom window – will be closed in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday on Monday, May 29th. We will resume normal hours on Tuesday May 30th.

Trash pickup service will also be postponed and moved to Tuesday May 30th.

We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend as we honor those who’ve been lost while serving our country.

Cable/internet outage

Earlier today, the work crews cut a main line in multiple places. They spent time piecing it together and many sites have been restored. More line is being delivered and they hope to have the remaining sites back in service on Monday. Thank you for your patience while we all endure these “bumps on the road” to a better cable/internet system.
