Friendly reminder about staff…

Good morning and Happy Monday folks!

Just a friendly reminder…

As you may know, various staff are assigned duties as part of their daily routines, which may included taking pictures of sites. The reasons can vary from documenting site violations to capturing examples of beautiful landscaping and many things in between. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the main office during normal business hours or email management at jesus_ramirez@equitylifestyle.com

Verbal or physical harassment of staff, especially those who are residents, is a blatant violation of resort policy and will not be tolerated. For more details, see page 12 of the current resort handbook. Resident staff are paying customers, and deserve the same peace and tranquility as other residents, especially when they are off the clock.

Let’s be considerate of others and enjoy the beauty of Victoria Palms together.

Thank you.

South Gate out of service

Please be advised, the south gate located by the small laundry is currently out of service. It is related to a larger issue affecting the hotel as well. Return to service time is currently unknown, but please us the north gate by the shuffle courts the main gate at Victoria Rd until further notice. Thank you for your patience.

Mail/Package Service today

Please be advised, the USPS delivered over 150 packages today and two days worth of mail, primarily due to the holiday yesterday. Mailroom staff is hard at work getting these sorted & organized. They will do their best to complete this on time however it is possible it will be delayed. Thank you for your patience and consideration.

Speeding in the resort

Friendly Reminder: The streets in Victoria Pams are multi-use. Many of your friends and neighbors walk or bike throughout the resort. Please be considerate of everyone’s safety and monitor your speed while driving in the resort. This goes for your contractors too, so please remind them while they are working in the resort.

The speed limits are 10 mph or 15 mph, depending on area and street. Signs are posted and painted on the streets. Remember, only you can prevent speed bumps!

Thank you.
