Every quarter corporate sends out a themed competition for properties in our region. This quarter was winter differently. We wanted to share our entry with you. The crew really takes pride in setting these sites up for a spot on the company blog.

Be sure to remove all fruit from your trees before leaving! Keeping the park clean isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about protecting the economy and our local farmers’ crops from damages.

The VP Hotel is hosting a fundraiser for one of their staff, Maribel. They will be selling plates for the next three Saturdays as well as raffle tickets with two chances to win a $250 VISA gift card. Get your tickets at the hotel front desk if you’d like to support.

VP residents, please be on the look out for the golf cart pictured below. It was reported stolen this morning.

Out with the old and in with the new, too mini splits have been added to the White House for air conditioning. We will be removing the two old AC window units later this week.

Please do not remove remotes as they are the thermostat for the units.

A friendly reminder all pets must remain on a leash at all times, exceptions for when pet is in an enclosure on site. Violations will be imposed for non compliance.
