Localized flooding in our area Thursday March 26 and Friday March 28. Use caution when driving.


Flash flooding in our area today Wed. March 26th. Staff is preparing the pumps and clearing drains in preparation for the heavy rains. Please keep caution while out on property.

Mailroom:
Mail forwarding for lease holders – Change of address must be made with USPS and forwarding labels must be dropped off at the VP mailroom while the transition is completed with the USPS. If forwarding labels are needed, main office can assist, $1 per sheet (30 labels).
Non-lease holders must go to USPS for change of address ahead of time, mailroom does not forward for non-lease holders. After all departures, any incoming mail will be returned to sender.
Sites:
Lease holders must secure any loose items, (i.e. chairs, flower pots, BBQ pits, rugs etc.). All metal/rubber curb ramps must be removed or flipped as to not block water flow on curbs.
Non-lease holders – All sites must left clean and free of items. No tie downs, stepping stones or stakes.
Office Procedures:
Lease holders must notify office of departure and submit the change of address. Update all communication, phone numbers and emails. Update any and all emergency contacts.
RV Storage:
The use of the space shall be used solely for storage space of vehicle on agreement. No steps, sewer or water hookup, and all slide-outs must be pushed in. All units must be maintained in good condition. No debris around unit.

The Activities Department would like to host a Bean Bag Baseball Tournament April 29th. If you are interested in participating, please let the Activity Office know. We will be reaching out to the other Encore Parks to see if they would also like to participate. If we can get enough interest, we will host the event.

Music & Friends has ended for the season.
Every quarter corporate sends out a themed competition for properties in our region. This quarter was winter differently. We wanted to share our entry with you. The crew really takes pride in setting these sites up for a spot on the company blog.


Be sure to remove all fruit from your trees before leaving! Keeping the park clean isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about protecting the economy and our local farmers’ crops from damages.
